Terms of Service

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and using our service.

Acceptable Use: You agree to use RivalPrice only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the service to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

Competitor URLs: You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to monitor the competitor URLs you add to our service. You agree not to use our service to monitor websites in violation of their terms of service or applicable laws.

Subscription Fees: RivalPrice operates on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

Refund Requests: If you are not satisfied with our service, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for the current billing period will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be provided at our sole discretion if:

• The refund request is made within 14 days of the initial subscription or renewal
• The service has experienced a significant outage or failure that prevented you from using the service for an extended period
• There was a billing error on our part

Dispute Resolution: If you have a dispute regarding your subscription, billing, or our service, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the issue occurring. We will work with you to resolve the dispute in good faith.

Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment through your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

No Refunds for Partial Periods: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused portions of your subscription, or if you simply decide to stop using the service before the end of your billing period.

Cancellation by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.

Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. We may also discontinue the service with reasonable notice to you.

Data Retention: After cancellation, we may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law or for business purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us, subject to our legal obligations.

Export Control: The RivalPrice service and technology may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Export Administration Regulations maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce and trade sanctions maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Restricted Use: You may not use the service if you are located in, or are a resident of, any country that is subject to comprehensive trade sanctions administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). You represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country or on any such list.

Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Promotional Offers: From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers. These promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer.

Promotion Eligibility: Promotional offers may be limited to new customers, specific time periods, or other conditions as specified. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without notice.

Promotion Terms: Unless otherwise stated, promotional pricing applies only to the initial billing period. After the promotional period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard pricing for your plan.

One Promotion Per Customer: Each customer is eligible for only one promotional offer unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to revoke promotional pricing if we determine that the promotion terms have been violated.
