Manage your account profile and personal information:

  • View and update your email address
  • See your account creation date
  • View your current subscription tier
  • Check your product limit and current usage
  • View your next scheduled price scrape time

Note: Email changes may require verification. Contact support if you need to change your account email.

Subscription & Billing

Manage Your Subscription

View and manage your subscription details:

  • View your current plan and features
  • See your billing cycle and next billing date
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan
  • Cancel your subscription (cancels at period end)
  • Reactivate a canceled subscription
  • View payment history and invoices
  • Update payment methods

Cancellation Policy: When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to all features until then.

API Keys

Manage API Keys

Create and manage API keys for programmatic access to RivalPrice:

  • Create new API keys for different applications or environments
  • Name your keys for easy identification (e.g., "Production", "Development")
  • View all your active API keys (only prefix shown for security)
  • Revoke API keys that are no longer needed
  • See when each key was last used

Security: API keys are only shown once when created. Store them securely and never commit them to version control. Revoke keys immediately if they're compromised.

  • Enable or disable email notifications globally
  • Configure which events trigger emails
  • Set price change thresholds
  • Filter notifications by products or competitors
  • Test your email notification settings

You can also set up multiple notification preferences with different rules for different scenarios.

  • Regularly review and revoke unused API keys
  • Monitor your account activity
  • Keep your email address up to date for security notifications

Important: If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and revoke all API keys. Contact support if you need assistance.

Plan Limits & Usage

Understanding Your Plan

Each plan includes specific limits:

  • Product Limit: Maximum number of products you can monitor
  • Update Frequency: How often prices are automatically scraped
  • API Rate Limits: Requests per minute for API access

You can view your current usage and limits in your account settings. If you need more capacity, consider upgrading your plan.
